A: For pickup orders there isn't a minimum order. We're happy to fill your online order for you, big or small. We do however have a pickup fee of $5.00 for orders under $30.00.

A: Our online prices are the same prices you'll find in our stores. This includes any advertised and in-store specials. Advertised specials run from 12:01 am Wednesday until 11:59 pm the following Tuesday.

A: Pick-up orders totaling over $30.00 before tax are free! Pick up orders totaling under $30.00 before tax have a $5.00 fee.

A: Sorry, but due to Federal Regulations, at this time we are unable to accept food stamps or WIC vouchers as payment .
A: Online orders may be placed at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For same-day pickup, orders must be placed by 3 pm. Orders are processed 7 days a week except for major holidays.
A: The first time you order online might take a few extra minutes since registration is required, and it may take a little while to get used to the process. However our system can save your order history so that you may save time shopping online in the future.
A: You can save your order in our secure system and come back later to complete the transaction. Your items will stay in your cart even if you log out.

A: As you shop, you will be able to select "Best Comparable" or "No Substitutions" for each item. If you'd like to allow substitutions, we'll be happy to choose a different size of the same brand, or we'll choose a different brand of the same size or price you originally asked for. It's up to your specifications!
Q: Ye. We accept phone orders 7 days a week, except holidays, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. There is a $7.50 phone-in fee for each order; pickup fees may also apply. To phone-in an order call (417) 829-9247.
